VersaCool
– Sinter Hardening Units
The
VersaCool is designed to be the ultimate in cooling versatility
for the sintering process. Sinterite Furnace Division has designed
the unit to combine the mechanics of convection, radiant, and conductive
heat transfer into one unit. The VersaCool unit makes it possible
to sinter harden or cool conventionally with the same cooling unit.
The
VersaCool unit is self-contained: it can be included on a
new furnace or retrofitted to almost any existing furnace. It has
been designed to accept mesh belts of up to 24 inches (600 mm) in
width.
