Under the direction of the Field Service Manager, provide service and support during field visits.
- Obtain and maintain required level of product and application knowledge.
- Manage and execute all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
- Comply with Field Service Code of Conduct and resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.
- Provide internal job/project support when not assigned to field service
- Maintain flexibility to adjusted work schedule, overtime, and evening/weekend hours in order to meet deadlines
