Gasbarre has custom designed and engineered a 5 station vacuum relief valve test table that will fulfill requirements of AAR Manual of Standards and Recommended Practices Section C-I11 and various vacuum relief valve operations/maintenance guidelines, which require vacuum relief valves to be tested under vacuum and positive pressure to ensure proper operation after a repair or maintenance event.

Our Test Table is EASY TO USE! Here’s why!

Install valve and open ball valve to that station

PRESSURE TEST

Pull control handle forward to pressurization station
Release handle to hold pressure
Check for leaks
Push handle back to release pressure

VACUUM TEST

Start vacuum pump
Pull control handle forward until relief valve opens
Release handle to hold vacuum
Push handle back to release vacuum
