Gasbarre Technologies has a history of helping customer’s revamp their facilities and equipment!

Gasbarre Technologies Examples of Work

Case Study:
Our customer was tasked with moving production equipment to a new location as well as retooling existing equipment to handle a new product line.
The application was to manufacture turbines for the wind energy generation industry. The new product was longer than the old design, which required all existing equipment to be lengthened, new components fabricated and new sections added.
Gasbarre Technologies was contracted to modify the equipment, which involved reverse engineering while collaborating with the customer to achieve new specifications. This process touched all of the capabilities of Gasbarre; fabrication, welding, machining, electrical panel work and installation, and mechanical assembly.
Gasbarre also designed and supplied electrical upgrades for each piece of equipment for safety interlock guarding systems. This was accomplished within four weeks of receipt of the order!
