Gasbarre takes great pride in our reputation over the last 50 years of providing our customers high quality products at a reasonable price, designed, built, delivered, and serviced by the most tenured employees in the business!  We accomplish this by spending time with existing and future customers and listening to their needs and wants in addition to learning about new technologies, innovations and products in the industry that can help us make our products even better.  Here are some examples of where Gasbarre’s team was this week and what we were doing!

Key-to-Gasbarre-Success

Ben Gasbarre, Patrick Weymer, Eric Buchanan and Matt Marzullo from Gasbarre’s Thermal Processing Systems division spent some time St. Louis this week at Heat Treat 2021. This conference attracted Maintenance Supervisors, Metallurgists and Production Engineering Staff and will provide a bridge for relevant new technology for thermal processing and how it is applied to the production environment.

This year’s conference focused on the following topics:

Mark Saline and Keith Fleming from Gasbarre’s Thermal Processing Systems division attended North America’s most important and largest additive manufacturing event RAPID + TCT in Chicago this past week.  RAPID + TCT provides everything you need to know about the latest 3D technologies, all under one roof. It is where you will witness groundbreaking product announcements, experience 200+ hands-on exhibits, learn real-world additive manufacturing solutions from the industry’s most respected experts and network with thousands of industry peers. At the RAPID + TCT conference, over 100 industry leaders go beyond the hype to bring you real-world solutions to advance your manufacturing processes.

While Mark and Keith were in Chicago learning the newest information about additive manufacturing John Blauser and Mark Thomason from our Tooling and Press divisions spent some time with the crew from MPIF in State College, PA learning from industry members about CNC and high speed press technology while John gave the attendees an overview of the benefits of tool coating. The Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF) is a “not-for-profit association” formed by the powder metallurgy industry to advance the interests of the metal powder producing and consuming industries. The Federation is composed of six trade associations that are concerned with some aspect of powder metallurgy, metal powders, or particulate materials. Throughout its long history, MPIF has been a champion of this innovative technology, providing our member companies with a long list of services that help advance the art and science of powder metallurgy while promoting its benefits to prospective end users.

Finally, our team from the Tooling division made up of Jeff Bowman, Allen Keniston and Bill Riddle spent the better part of the week with the team from Sodick learning around our new High Speed Mill that will enhance our capabilities all the while helping us remain efficient and providing customers with more value.

We believe the key to our success is based on listening to our customer’s needs and finding solutions to those needs. Most importantly, we continue to work closely with each customer after the sale to ensure all of their needs are met. Gasbarre Products becomes an extension of our customers’ business, a part of their success

We custom design machinery, machine and fabricate, and assemble. Our engineering staff is equipped with the latest software technology, including 3D modeling. We consistently maintain and upgrade our fabrication, machining, and assembly equipment to ensure that we produce quality, cost effect components and assemblies. All of our welding personnel are certified to ASME IX.
