The team at Gasbarre Thermal Processing Systems is assembling all the parts to complete this 66’ long 24” wide 6 zone Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace for a Gasbarre customer that is adding this furnace to the other 15 Gasbarre furnaces that they already have, this one being the largest for them to date. This Mesh Belt Sintering Furnace is rated to run 900 lbs. per hour in addition to having options of a nitrogen bubbler and remote monitoring system. Gasbarre Thermal Processing Systems built this furnace with a CQI-9 compliance package and an Allen Bradley Panelview HMI system.
