Gasbarre Products Inc. offers two styles of sizing presses to meet the needs of a wide range of parts. Inclined Automatic Sizing Presses and Upright Automatic Sizing Presses.
Standard Series Powder Compaction Presses
The GASBARRE Standard Series Press offers a rugged design that includes a rigid mount die set. In its basic configuration the Standard Series Press is supplied with a single lower level die set complete with a floating die plate, gib-guided upper ram, precision-guided upper punch mount, adjustable speed drive, adjustable tool positioning, automatic die filling system, and complete operator protection guarding. The base configuration is capable of making a number of simple part configurations. However, a wide range of options are available to allow the end user to manufacture a wide range of components, from simple to complex configurations. The pragmatic design scheme allows for quick and efficient tool design. As well, straight-forward tool and die setting offered by the generous open area in the press and die set.

THX Series CNC Hydraulic Powder Compaction Presses
Our cnc hydraulic presses are manufactured in capacities from 15 tons to 1,200 tons for single-level or multi-level parts for carbides, ceramics, powder metals, polymers and other particulate material industries. Gasbarre’s computer numerical control (CNC) hydraulic presses are optimized for reliable and lasting service with numerous innovative features and application capabilities.
