Designed for temperatures to 1650°C, the MYPH high temperature pusher furnace is used to co-fire or sinter multi-layer ceramic microelectronic packages. The furnace is equipped with a control system that includes a programmable logic controller, ball screw drive with servo motor for precise rate of speed and location of the work, and HMI operator interface for setting recipe parameters. Multiple zones of temperature control establish an ideal thermal profile within the preheat and high heat zones. Provided are necessary valves and flow controllers for admitting atmosphere to the appropriate locations in the furnace.
A return conveyance system completes the system allowing for queuing of the work.
