Batch Vacuum
Designed for many thermal processes, the electrically heated batch vacuum furnace is available as a single chamber furnace or as a dual chamber furnace. A single chamber furnace heats and cools the workload in the same position. A dual chamber furnace is designed to separate heating of the workload from cooling. The heat chamber is combined with either an integral oil quench chamber or an integral gas quench chamber. Batch vacuum furnaces are designed for high temperature applications, supplied with graphite or ceramic insulation packages. Evacuation systems include rough pumps, booster pumps, and diffusion pumps when required.
